At The Finch, we believe a strong community plays a crucial role in personal growth. The program is designed with essential workers in mind – those in fields like law enforcement, healthcare, education, childcare, government, hospitality, retail, grocery, and other sectors essential to the functioning of our great city. By offering these apartments at more accessible price points, The Finch provides a vibrant, sustainable community where all residents can live close to their workplaces and maintain a strong connection to the neighborhoods they help thrive.
Is my apartment and living experience the same as everyone else?
Yes! No matter whether you participate in the Essential Housing Program or not, you will be residing in the same high-quality, well-designed apartment with access to all the same amenities and benefits as everyone else.
